At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Ibercisa Deck Machinery, held on the 31st July this year and chaired by Alfonso Paz-Andrade, the Board agreed unanimously to appoint Roberto Rodriguez Orro as a new member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Rodriguez Orro has been the General Manager of the Company up until now and with this agreement the company means to give greater institutional representation and support to the work he carries out in the international arena.

Roberto Rodriguez Orro joined Ibercisa in 2015. Born in A Coruña, he is a senior Industrial Engineer (University of Vigo) MBM (Vigo Business School), IBM (Georgetown University Washington D.C.).

With this incorporation the Ibercisa Board of Directors is made up of the following members:
