Sergio de Frutos Parra, Industrial Engineer (electrical) trained at the School of Engineers (sup.) in Bilbao, has recently joined the team at Ibercisa as Director of the Technology and Systems Department. For the last fifteen years Mr. de Frutos worked at Naval de Sestao (Izar), he was lately responsible for production and Deputy Director of Operations. He worked previously for ABB Alstom Power and General Electric. With the incorporation of Mr. Sergio de Frutos and relying on his wide experience in the naval sector, Ibercisa Deck Machinery seeks to continue improving its industrial processes as well as strengthen its capacity to develop new projects, studies and technological designs. The Technology and Systems division will manage I+D+i for drives and controls and commissioning in collaboration with the Product Development and Operations departments.
