Mercedes Olmedo is the new Director of Human Resources and Legal Counsel at Ibercisa Deck Machinery. The responsibilities related to personnel management had until now been handled by the Financial Director, Miguel Ángel Conde, to whom the company expresses its gratitude for his effort and dedication during the years he took on these duties. “His contribution has been fundamental to Ibercisa’s success, and we are deeply grateful to him,” said Ibercisa. A Law graduate from the Pontifical University of Comillas, with a PDD from Galicia Business School and expertise in sustainability and social innovation from the Inditex Chair, Mercedes Olmedo joins Ibercisa’s management team to enhance and develop human capital and coordinate legal services. She will combine this role with her position as a member of the Board of Directors. With extensive experience in personnel management in industrial and service companies, Mercedes Olmedo will bring her knowledge and expertise to this key area for the growth of Ibercisa Deck Machinery, reaffirming her commitment to people with the creation of a dedicated Human Resources department.
