Ibercisa has supplied machinery to FISL (First Integrated Services Ltd). The order is made up of four kinds of hydraulic winches of different sizes: 18, 38, 68 and 90 tons, along with their corresponding hydraulic power units. The equipment complies with ATEX rules as well as DNV rules 2.22 (Lifting Appliances), 2.7-1 (Offshore Containers), 2.7-3 (Portable Offshore Units) Class R60 & R30.   Technical characteristics are:   - Hydraulic winch of 18,8 tns. at a speed of 15 m/m on the first layer with capacity for 350m of Ø32mm wire. - Hydraulic winch of 38 tons at a speed of 13,9 m/m on the first layer with a capacity for 450 m of Ø38 mm wire. - Hydraulic winch of 68 tons at a speed of 7m/m on the first layer with a capacity for 430 metres of Ø52mm wire. - Hydraulic winch of 93 tons at a speed of 11m/m on the first layer with a capacity for 460 metres of Ø52mm wire   These winches have been especially designed to be rented out by FISL for offshore vessels and platforms, and are built with sufficient body strength to resist and facilitate loading, offloading and installation on the new vessels.
