The Directors of Ibercisa Deck Machinery S.A., in compliance with the decision taken by the Board of Directors on the 31st March 2017, have convened the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held at company headquarters, in Vigo, Camiño dos Muiños 25, on Monday the 26th of June 2017 at 17.30 hours at first notice and 24 hours later at the second.
